Wired house for sound throughout via Sonos Replaced all decking other than front entry and little walkway around tower office; refurbished and repainted decking and railings at front entry porch Replaced garage door opener with new one and keypad Removed dead or dying trees and patched driveway where one was removed Improved landscaping, retention walls, drainage under house and around house Replaced several outdoor wall skins and interior layers where waterproofing was not properly done (whole house checked, work done where needed) Added generator, water alarm, 2 in wall HVAC units Added basketball net New Roof
