Heather is concierge caretaker overseeing cleaning crew, offering chef services on the side. This is the second year I've had Heather out of 13 years of rentals... It was just a convenience for me... But I did rent without Heather as a manager for me for 13 years with no problems.
I just did it so I didn't even have to think about it... And usually give her about $1000 a week... So I guess I receive 80 to 90% of my rental rate myself if I include Heather's $1,000 or so per week.
